Our Project is located in Währing, or also known as the 18th district, which is one of the most beautiful and relaxing residential areas of Vienna. Währing is a prominent middle-class upmarket district despite its proximity to the  Viennese Beltway (“Gürtel”). The district has a significant proportion of the historic  Wilhelminian houses, beautiful villas, and council housing.
